A lot of people like driving their autos and most of them do not know how difficult and moment in time consuming was inventing the automobile. This text will present the development and personal being of an automobile constructor.

21st c. is an era of a fast and an unique van. Today, in this text there will be showed one of the most well-known auto brands and its history- Citroen. The creator of the car corporation was French, Andre Gustave Citroen who was born on 5th of July 1878 in Spain. Citroen was a skilled engineer and businessman. He founded Citroen vehicle corporation in 1919.

Citroen produced vehicles, vans and tracks. Before he produced cars, he was a constructor and producer of bullets and later, after the war he started to produce the vehicles.
However, despite the Andre Citroen was a smart he was a gambler and a week person. The bad economic circumstances of his company leaded the corporation to bankruptcy. In 1934 the vehicle corporation was took over by the main creditor – Michelin Business. A year after, Citroen died from tummy cancer.
However, the story about Citroen car company does not finish. Citroen was a make and make does not die as a landlord. At the moment, in 2014 there are still Citroen’s cars at our streets. Furthermore, here are still produced new cars.
1976 was a very powerful year for the Citroen Corporation. In this year the vehicle corporation becomes a part of vehicle concern named in short PSA, a full name is Peugeot Societe Anonyme.
PSA was founded in 1976 and nowadays is a great manufacturer of autos, commercial cars and motorbikes. The PSA has produced such marks like: Citroen, Peugeot, Simca, Talbot and Panhard.
Important individuals of the automobile company are: Philippe Varin who is CEO and Thierry Peugeot who is a chairman of the supervisory board.
PSA is a powerful producer of cars, commercial vehicles and motorcycles. However, only two brands of PSA have made an international career. They are: Citroen and Peugeot.
Automobiles are available in our everyday life and people do not think how creators created them. They only sit and go and in this method they made the creators’ dreams come true.
