In our business reality we have got a big matter with outdated papers and a shredder in many corporations is only a partial solution. In some cases documents need to be saved for over 10 years and some companies don’t have so much free room. Changing the state law bring a solution for this matter, it permits to save concern documents in outsourcing organisations and IT outsourcing companies. What is the difference? In outsourcing organisations we may keep paper records and IT outsourcing companies protect computer data records.
